Wallace is a bestselling author, motivational speaker, film producer, and CEO of Sol-Caritas LLC, a company that combines entertainment with philanthropy to support more than one hundred nonprofit organizations. A U.S. Navy veteran who served during Operation Desert Shield and Desert Storm, he later built a career as a locomotive engineer and respected union leader, gaining extensive experience in labor relations, mediation, and negotiations. 

His books, Life Is Not Complicated – YOU ARE, The Other 99 T.Y.M.E.S: Train Your Mind to Enjoy Serenity, and Why Sell Lies When the Truth Is Free, are studied in psychology programs and celebrated for their lessons on leadership, resilience, and cultural legacy.

As founder of Sol-Vision, the film division of Sol-Caritas, Wallace has produced documentaries and films that examine mental health, family dynamics, and empowerment. He is also Co-Founder and Head of Marketing and Community Engagement for VR Eval, an innovation hub advancing immersive digital therapeutics for trauma recovery. In partnership with leaders such as Chance Glasco, creator of Call of Duty, and Dr. Brook Bello, Wallace helped develop Coming Home, the nation’s only secure mobile platform that integrates mentoring, education, and digital health interventions for survivors of human trafficking and at-risk youth.

Wallace is an Executive Contributor to Brainz Magazine and a recipient of the Brainz 500 Global Award. The respected author and popular blogger recently contributed to Medium Day, a global conference that celebrates the power of storytelling on the Medium platform. His leadership seminar drew hundreds of attendees and underscored his influence as a thought leader in resilience, cultural legacy, and innovation.

Wallace also serves as a Board Member of The Culture Keepers Circle, supporting the mission of cultural sustainability, leadership development, and community impact. In addition, he was appointed by the City of Fulshear to the Type A Development Corporation Board, where he helps guide economic development initiatives, supports business growth, and advances community infrastructure through strategic planning and investment. 
 
He and his wife, award-winning journalist and author Liz Faublas-Wallace, divide their time between Houston and New York.
