Our 30-Day “Make it Right” Policy

We are committed to quality and ensuring you love your items. If you receive a product that is damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

Important Note on Merchandise (Apparel, Journals, Keepsakes): Because our merchandise is made to order specifically for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • You ordered an incorrect size or color.

  • You changed your mind.

Please review your order and size charts carefully before completing your purchase.

How to Report a Quality Issue

For the fastest resolution, please contact us at [Your Client’s Support Email Address] with the following:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A clear photograph of the item on a flat, well-lit surface, clearly showing the damage, defect, or print error.

This information helps us quickly verify the issue and provide a solution.

Cancellations & Order Amendments

All of our merchandise is made to order. An order can only be canceled or amended before it is sent to production.

In many cases, an order is sent to production within hours of being placed. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered the production queue.

Digital Products (e.g., E-Books, Mindset Tests)

All sales of digital products are final. Once payment is processed and the digital product has been downloaded or accessed, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

(For customers in the EU: The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content once the download has begun.)

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original method of payment.

  • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds typically appear on your bank statement within 5-10 business days.

  • PayPal: Refunds will be visible in your PayPal account within 24-48 hours.

Note for EU Consumers

According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized. As our merchandise is printed on demand for you, it is considered personalized.
