Throughout my extensive career, I dedicated myself to diverse leadership roles within North America’s largest railroad operating union.
A distinct fusion of skills propelled me to leadership positions, including International Organizer, Vice General Chairman, General Committee Secretary, and Local Chairman. These were not just fancy titles. I became known for my deep understanding of the industry’s rules, key legislation, mandatory procedures and critical historical perspective, and respected for my ability to defend and protect the rights of the workers I served and continue to advise today.
What to expect should you hire me as a consultant:
Advice and guidance on issues including, but not limited to, collective bargaining, mediation, conflict resolution, contract interpretation, and risk management.
What sets me apart:
As Vice General Chairman I led over 40 locals in my committee. By union standards, that is extremely impressive. I felt humbled knowing that I had made a significant impact on the lives of hundreds of railroad workers who believed their voices did not matter. My duty is to shift that narrative, empower workers, and impart the knowledge I’ve gained over the years to arm everyone I represent with the information they need to safeguard their rights. I do not believe in making anyone dependent on me. Instead, I encourage everyone to learn what they need to be an independent, critical thinker.
