Carlos Wallace - Lone Star College - University Park (Community Advisory Council)

One important way LSC-University Park stays closely connected to the community is via the Community Advisory Council (CAC). The CAC serves several vital purposes. It serves to inform the college of current and future matters impacting the northwest Houston area – and things that can impact our students, faculty, and staff. It also gives LSC-University Park an opportunity to provide business and community leaders with college updates. This is another effort to make sure we stay relevant and remain at the community's college.
