Carlos Wallace is a strategist, storyteller, and cultural architect committed to building legacy through leadership, truth, and purpose. A Navy veteran and former organizer and union officer, he blends hard-earned wisdom from the railroad, labor talks, high-stakes negotiations, community leadership, and spiritual reflection into every stage, page, and screen he touches.
From classrooms to boardrooms, Carlos guides organizations and communities through transformation rooted in service and sustainability. His books, including the 2025 Pulitzer Prize nominated Why Sell Lies When the Truth Is Free, Life Is Not Complicated - You Are, and The Other 99 T.Y.M.E.S. (Train Your Mind to Enjoy the Serenity), are studied in psychology courses and used in leadership seminars across the country.
As President and CEO of Sol Caritas LLC, he has created platforms that amplify underrepresented voices, merging philanthropy with entertainment to support over one hundred nonprofits. Through his film division Sol-Vision, Carlos has produced socially conscious films such as A House Without a Father and P.E.N.S. (Poetic Energy Needed in Society), which are now streaming on Amazon Prime Video, kweliTV, and Tubi.
He is married to award-winning journalist and author Liz Faublas-Wallace and splits time between homes in Fulshear, Texas and Queens, New York.
Whether on stage, on screen, or on the ground, Carlos is a bridge builder. His mission is simple: empower people to turn pain into purpose, truth into legacy, and vision into action.
